This document serves as an official agent authorization, granting MiCOM Labs Inc. the authority to represent AmpliTech Group in all matters pertaining to the certification of the Low Power Radio Unit. Specifically, MiCOM Labs Inc. is authorized to act on AmpliTech Group's behalf in the certification process for the Low Power Radio Unit, model number AMPU-MPRU-Gen 2-3537-AI-BI.
This authorization extends to all aspects of the certification process, including the submission of necessary documentation, communication with regulatory agencies, and resolution of any issues that may arise during the approval application. MiCOM Labs Inc. is empowered to forward all relevant information related to the approval and certification of the equipment to the appropriate regulatory bodies. Furthermore, any actions undertaken by MiCOM Labs Inc. on behalf of AmpliTech Group will be considered to have the same legal effect as if they were carried out directly by AmpliTech Group.
The product in question, the Low Power Radio Unit, is designed for 5G low-power RU applications. It features a single-board Optical to Radio interface solution, incorporating both digital and RF sections.
