This document presents the RF exposure evaluation for a device with FCC ID 2AKQQ269. The evaluation is conducted in accordance with 447498 D01 General RF Exposure Guidance v06, which outlines the SAR test exclusion thresholds for devices operating between 100 MHz and 6 GHz at test separation distances of 50 mm or less.
The evaluation considers both EDR and BLE modes of operation. For each mode, the worst-case output power is identified, and the antenna gain is specified. The maximum output power is then used to calculate the SAR exclusion threshold using the formula provided in the guidance. The results of the calculations indicate that the SAR exclusion threshold is not exceeded for either EDR or BLE modes.
Specifically, the calculated values are 1.68 for EDR and 1.72 for BLE, both of which are less than the 3.0 threshold for 1-g SAR. Therefore, based on these results, SAR evaluation is not required for this device.
