RF Exposure Evaluation for AMPU-LPRU-Gen3-3537-AE-AI Device

MPE

This document presents the RF exposure evaluation for the Low Power Radio Unit, model AMPU-LPRU-Gen3-3537-AE-AI, with FCC ID 2BNMP-AMPU-LPRU. The evaluation ensures compliance with FCC regulations regarding maximum permissible exposure (MPE) limits as specified in FCC 1.1310. The device is evaluated for both general population/uncontrolled exposure and occupational/controlled exposure scenarios, considering frequency ranges from 1.5 to 100 GHz.

The assessment result indicates that the device meets the FCC RF exposure requirements with a safety distance of 20cm for general population/uncontrolled exposure. The maximum EIRP and power density are calculated for the 3550 MHz to 3700 MHz frequency range (NR Band n48), demonstrating compliance with the specified limits. The evaluation considers the antenna gain and uses the Friis formula to determine the power density at a given distance.

The conclusion confirms that the device complies with FCC RF exposure requirements, ensuring the safety of users and the general public.
