This report validates the Time-Averaged Specific Absorption Rate (TA-SAR) Gen2 algorithm for the Motorola Mobile Cellular Phone (Model: XT2527-2, FCC ID: IHDT56AV4) under dynamic transmit power scenarios. The evaluation ensures compliance with FCC RF exposure requirements as per 47 CFR Part 2 (2.1093).
The validation covers various test scenarios, including range of TA-SAR Gen2 parameters, time-varying TX power, call disconnection and re-establishment, band handover, Exposure Condition Index (ECI) change, antenna switching, time window switching, and SAR exposure switching. Conducted power measurements and SAR measurements are performed to verify the algorithm's performance under these conditions.
The report details the test configurations, procedures, and results for each scenario, demonstrating that the TA-SAR Gen2 algorithm effectively manages TX power to maintain SAR levels within FCC limits. The Plimit used in this report is determined in Part 0 and Part 1 report.
