This document is an agent authorization letter from Smart Projects LLC, dated May 13, 2025. It authorizes Shenzhen Anbotek Compliance Laboratory Limited to act on behalf of Smart Projects LLC in all matters relating to equipment certification. The authorization covers the device with FCC ID 2A8RT-EG800Q.
Smart Projects LLC acknowledges that any act carried out by Shenzhen Anbotek Compliance Laboratory Limited will have the same effect as their own. They also acknowledge responsibility for complying with the terms and conditions of certification, as specified by DERYCOM CERTIFICATION SERVICES, INC., while the responsibility still resides with Smart Projects LLC.
Furthermore, Smart Projects LLC certifies that they are not subject to a denial of federal benefits, including FCC benefits, pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1988. They also confirm that no party to the application is subject to a denial of federal benefits as defined in 47 CFR §1.2002(b).
