This document presents the calibration certificate for the EX3DV4 probe, serial number 7636, performed by CAICT Calibration Laboratory. The calibration adheres to IEEE Std 1528-2013, IEC 62209-1, IEC 62209-2, and KDB 865664 standards, ensuring accurate Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) measurements.
The certificate details various parameters including sensitivity in free space (NORMx,y,z), sensitivity in tissue simulating liquid (ConvF), diode compression point (DCP), and modulation dependent linearization parameters. Frequency response, receiving pattern, and dynamic range are assessed to ensure probe performance across different conditions. Calibration parameters are provided for head tissue simulating media at various frequencies, along with associated uncertainties.
The appendix includes modulation calibration parameters for a wide range of communication systems, including GSM, GPRS, EDGE, UMTS, LTE, and WLAN, ensuring accurate SAR measurements for diverse wireless technologies. The reported uncertainty of measurement is stated as the standard uncertainty multiplied by the coverage factor k=2, corresponding to a coverage probability of approximately 95%.
