This document presents the calibration report for the EX3DV4 probe, serial number SN:7576. The calibration was performed by Schmid & Partner Engineering AG, an accredited Swiss Calibration Service (SCS 0108). The report details the probe's parameters, including sensitivity in free space and tissue simulating liquid (TSL), diode compression point (DCP), and modulation dependent linearization parameters. Calibration is performed according to IEC/IEEE 62209-1528 and KDB 865664 standards.
