This document presents an RF exposure evaluation conducted by Bay Area Compliance Laboratories Corp. (Dongguan). The evaluation assesses compliance with FCC regulations, specifically §15.247(i) and §1.1310, which mandate that devices operate in a manner ensuring the public is not exposed to excessive radio frequency energy levels. The evaluation also adheres to KDB447498 D01 General RF Exposure Guidance v06.
The report details the applicable standard, measurement results, and a conclusion regarding the necessity of a stand-alone Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) evaluation. The assessment utilizes test exclusion thresholds for 100 MHz to 6 GHz, considering factors such as maximum channel power, tune-up tolerance, minimum test separation distance, and RF channel transmit frequency. The maximum conducted power, including tune-up tolerance, is reported as -6 dBm (0.25 mW). The calculation yields a value of 0.1, which is less than the threshold of 3.0. Therefore, the report concludes that the device is compliant, and a stand-alone SAR evaluation is deemed unnecessary.
