RF Exposure Evaluation Report - Compliance Assessment

RF Exposure

This document presents an RF exposure evaluation conducted by Bay Area Compliance Laboratories Corp. to assess compliance with FCC regulations. The evaluation focuses on ensuring that the public is not exposed to radio frequency energy levels exceeding the Commission's guidelines, as stipulated in subpart §1.1310.

The report details the limits for Maximum Permissible Exposure (MPE) as defined in §1.1310 and §2.1091, including specific limits for general population/uncontrolled exposure across various frequency ranges. It outlines the procedure used for predicting power density at the applicable MPE limit, utilizing the formula S = PG/4πR². The parameters involved, such as power input (P), antenna gain (G), and distance (R), are clearly defined.

The calculated results section presents the evaluation for the Radar operation mode, including antenna gain, conducted output power, evaluation distance, power density, and MPE limit. The report concludes that the device meets FCC MPE requirements at a distance of 20 cm. The conducted tune-up power was declared by the manufacturer.
