RF Exposure Evaluation Report for CCUT Bluetooth Device

RF Exposure Evaluation

This document presents an RF exposure evaluation for a CCUT Bluetooth device, identified by FCC ID 2BD8P-BT22. The evaluation adheres to KDB 447498 D01 General RF Exposure Guidance v06 and part 2.1093 of FCC regulations. The primary objective is to determine if the device meets the established safety thresholds for radio frequency exposure, ensuring it poses no health risks to users.

The evaluation considers the device's operating frequencies and power levels, specifically within the 100 MHz to 6 GHz range, with test separation distances of ≤ 50 mm. The report details the calculations used to assess the Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) exclusion thresholds, based on the maximum power of the channel, tune-up tolerance, and minimum test separation distance. The calculations are performed for both BR+EDR and BLE modes, and the results are compared against the established limits for 1-g SAR and 10-g extremity SAR.

The findings indicate that the device meets the general RF exposure requirements and can be used in portable exposure conditions without restriction. The calculations demonstrate that the SAR test is not required, as the device's RF exposure levels are below the established thresholds. This evaluation ensures the device's compliance with safety standards and its safe use by the general population.
