Confidentiality Letter

This document represents a formal request from CalAmp Wireless Networks corporation to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) for confidentiality regarding certain exhibits associated with the APV-1650MB device. The request is made in accordance with Sections 0.457(d) and 0.459 of the Commission's Rules and FCC Guidance document 726920.

CalAmp seeks both permanent and short-term confidentiality. Permanent confidentiality is requested for exhibits containing trade secrets and proprietary information that, if disclosed, could harm the company's competitive position. Short-term confidentiality is requested for exhibits that, if made public prematurely, could negatively impact the marketing launch of the product. If marketing begins sooner, Nemko will be informed to release the withheld information. This request aims to protect CalAmp's intellectual property and ensure a fair competitive landscape.
