This document presents a safety human exposure report focusing on radio frequency (RF) exposure compliance for the Dongle device, identified as OB1461. The report confirms that the device meets the required safety standards under both FCC and IC regulations. Testing was conducted according to CFR47 FCC Part 2 Section 2.1093, FCC KDB Publication 447498 v06, and RSS-102 Issue 6 December 15, 2023.

The minimum distance for the EUT is less than 5mm.
