Confidentiality Request for ACSL TENSO-2BAND Device

This document is a formal request from ACSL Ltd. to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) seeking confidentiality for certain attachments related to the TENSO-2BAND device. ACSL aims to protect proprietary information, including schematic diagrams, block diagrams, operational descriptions, and NII software security details, from public disclosure.

The company believes that revealing this information could harm its competitive advantage. ACSL also requests short-term confidentiality for external photos, internal photos, test setup photos, and the user manual, aligning with Public Notice DA 04-1705. This request ensures business-sensitive information remains confidential until the actual marketing of newly authorized devices.

ACSL understands that measurement test reports and FCC ID label formats are not granted confidentiality and will be available for public review once equipment authorization is issued. The request is made in accordance with Sections 0.457 and 0.459 of the Commission's rules.
