This document presents calibration data for the EX3DV4 probe with serial number 7608, calibrated on March 20, 2025. The data includes Peak to Average Ratio (PAR) values for a wide range of communication systems, primarily focusing on 5G New Radio (NR) configurations. These configurations encompass various modulation schemes (QPSK, 64-QAM, 256-QAM), bandwidths (5 MHz to 100 MHz), and resource block allocations (1 RB, 50% RB, 100% RB) within both Frequency Division Duplex (FDD) and Time Division Duplex (TDD) modes.
The document also includes PAR values for legacy communication systems like ULLA and IEEE 802.11be (Wi-Fi 7), providing a comprehensive overview of the probe's performance across different wireless technologies. The PAR values are essential for accurate power measurements and compliance testing in wireless device certification. The uncertainty (UncE k=2) associated with each PAR value is also provided, ensuring the reliability and traceability of the calibration data.
