RF Exposure Evaluation Report for 2BF3Y-M400 Device

MPE

This document presents an RF Exposure Evaluation conducted in accordance with KDB 447498 D01 General RF Exposure Guidance v06 and part 2.1093. The evaluation determines whether standalone 1-g head or body and 10-g extremity SAR evaluation is required for general population exposure conditions. The analysis focuses on the SAR Test Exclusion Threshold condition(s) to determine if measurement or numerical simulation is necessary.

For frequencies between 100 MHz and 6 GHz, with test separation distances ≤ 50 mm, the 1-g and 10-g SAR test exclusion thresholds are calculated using a specific formula. The formula considers the maximum power of the channel (including tune-up tolerance), the minimum test separation distance, and the RF channel transmit frequency. Power and distance are rounded to the nearest mW and mm, respectively, before calculation, and the result is rounded to one decimal place.

The evaluation specifically examines Bluetooth operation, presenting the maximum power, tune-up power, and frequency for 2.4G WIFI and BLE modes. The calculated thresholds are compared against established limits to determine if a SAR test is required. The results indicate that a SAR test is not required for this device.
