The HLK-RM65 is a high-performance embedded WiFi6 AX3000 module from Hi-Link Electronics, designed for applications requiring high wireless performance, such as home entertainment and automation. This module integrates a system-on-a-chip solution using MT7981B, MT7976C, and MT7531A, achieving a theoretical maximum wireless rate of 574Mbps + 2402Mbps.
The SoC utilizes an advanced silicon process and incorporates a dual-core ARM Cortex-A53MPCore operating at up to 1.3GHz, along with ample DRAM bandwidth. It includes various peripherals like SGMII and USB3.0 ports. The MT7981B, combined with the RF chip, provides a dual-band concurrent chipset solution for the WIFI6E AX3000 wireless router platform.
Key features include dual-band (2.4GHz and 5GHz) MIMO 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax RF with bandwidth 20/40/80/160MHz, expandable Flash/DDR3 support, integrated 2.4GHz/5GHz PA, LNA, and multiple interfaces including WAN, LAN, and USB3.0.
