This document is an official "Authority to Act as Agent" letter. It formally authorizes Kimberly Colbert/Washington Laboratories to act on behalf of Blackbox Biometrics Inc. in matters related to applications to Washington Laboratories, Ltd. (WLL). This authorization remains in effect until otherwise notified.
