This document presents the material test results for the Head Tissue Simulating Liquid (HBBL600-10000V6), manufactured by SPEAG. The liquid is designed for specific absorption rate (SAR) testing according to standards such as IEEE 1528 and IEC 62209. The test was conducted on November 7, 2018, under controlled ambient conditions of 22°C and 30% humidity, with the TSL temperature also at 22°C.
The dielectric parameters of the TSL were measured using a calibrated DAK probe, and the results are compared against target parameters defined in the IEEE 1528 and IEC 62209 compliance standards. The document includes tables showing the measured permittivity (ε') and conductivity (σ) values across a frequency range, along with the percentage difference from the target values. The results indicate the suitability of the liquid for SAR testing within the specified frequency range.
