This document presents the calibration certificate for the EX3DV4-SN:7764 dosimetric E-field probe, calibrated by Schmid & Partner Engineering AG on September 02, 2024. The calibration was performed according to IEC/IEEE 62209-1528 and KDB 865664 standards, ensuring traceability to national standards.
The certificate details the probe's performance characteristics, including sensitivity in free space (NORMx,y,z), diode compression point (DCP), and conversion factors (ConvF) for head tissue simulating media (TSL) across various frequencies. Boundary effect parameters (alpha, depth) are also assessed to improve accuracy near boundaries. The document includes sensor model parameters, modulation response data, frequency response, isotropy assessment, and deviation from isotropy in liquid.
The calibration process involves assessing the probe's response to E-fields with specific polarizations and frequencies, using both TEM-cell and waveguide setups. The uncertainty of measurements is carefully evaluated and stated, providing confidence in the probe's accuracy for SAR measurements in wireless device testing.
