This document presents the RF exposure evaluation for the ZEALOT-ZE21 Wireless Speaker, conducted to ensure compliance with FCC regulations regarding human exposure to radio frequency electromagnetic fields. The evaluation follows ANSI C95.1-1999 standards and FCC KDB publication 447498 D01, focusing on general RF exposure guidance for mobile and portable devices.
The evaluation determines whether the device qualifies for SAR test exclusion based on the maximum conducted output power, tune-up tolerance, and minimum test separation distance. The formula [(max. power of channel, including tune-up tolerance, mW)/ (min. test separation distance, mm)] * [√f (GHz)] is used to assess compliance, with thresholds of ≤ 3.0 for 1-g SAR and ≤ 7.5 for 10-g extremity SAR.
Conducted peak output power measurements are provided for GFSK, π/4DQPSK, and 8DPSK modulations across different channels. Manufacturing tolerance is also considered. The evaluation concludes that the ZEALOT-ZE21 Wireless Speaker meets the SAR test exclusion criteria, complying with FCC limits for uncontrolled RF exposure and SAR Exclusion Threshold per KDB 447498 D01V06.
