RF Exposure Evaluation Report for Bluetooth Device

MPE

This document presents the RF exposure evaluation for a Bluetooth device, conducted in accordance with KDB 447498 D01 General RF Exposure Guidance v06 and part 2.1093 of FCC regulations. The evaluation focuses on determining whether a Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) test is required for the device.

The evaluation criteria are based on the device's operating frequency (100 MHz to 6 GHz) and test separation distances (≤ 50 mm). The SAR test exclusion thresholds are calculated using a formula that considers the maximum power of the channel, including tune-up tolerance, the minimum test separation distance, and the RF channel transmit frequency.

The results indicate that the calculated thresholds for both BR/EDR and BLE modes are below the limit of 3.0. Therefore, a SAR test is not required for this Bluetooth device, as it meets the SAR Test Exclusion Threshold condition(s) outlined in the relevant guidelines.
