This document is a Power of Attorney issued by Fortinet, Inc. to Leo Huang of Sporton International Inc. It authorizes Mr. Huang to act as Fortinet's agent in matters related to obtaining authorization for Fortinet's products from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). This includes submitting applications, providing supporting materials, and handling related correspondence.
Any documents submitted by Leo Huang on behalf of Fortinet will have the same effect as if submitted directly by Fortinet, provided that Mr. Huang acts legally and in good faith. All documents must be reviewed and approved in advance by an authorized Fortinet representative, and a copy must be provided to Fortinet's legal team at [email protected]. This Power of Attorney is effective from April 9, 2025, and remains in effect until June 30, 2025, unless revoked earlier in writing by Fortinet.
Mr. Huang is only authorized to exercise the powers granted under Fortinet's express instructions. Any actions taken without or deviating from these instructions, or in violation of Fortinet's policies, will be considered null and void. The Power of Attorney explicitly excludes the power to delegate authority further.
