Loctek Ergonomic acknowledges full responsibility for complying with the terms and conditions for certification as specified by TUV Rheinland Group.
This agreement also confirms that Loctek Ergonomic is not subject to denial of federal benefits, including FCC benefits, as per the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1988. The agency agreement is valid for 12 months from the specified date.
