RF Exposure Evaluation Report for Wireless Device

RF Exposure

This document presents an RF exposure evaluation conducted by Bay Area Compliance Laboratories Corp. to assess the compliance of a wireless device with FCC regulations. The evaluation focuses on Maximum Permissible Exposure (MPE) limits, ensuring that the device operates safely and does not expose the public to excessive RF energy levels.

The evaluation adheres to subpart 15.247(i) and subpart 2.1091 of FCC regulations, as well as KDB 447498 D04 Interim General RF Exposure Guidance V01. The MPE-based exemption is determined using general frequency and separation-distance dependent effective radiated power (ERP) thresholds outlined in Table B.1 of § 1.1307(b)(3)(i)(C). The report includes detailed measurements of conducted power, antenna gain, and ERP, along with an evaluation of the minimum separation distance required to meet the MPE limits.

The results indicate that the device complies with the FCC's RF exposure guidelines, provided that it is placed at least 20cm from nearby persons. The report concludes that the device is compliant with the relevant RF exposure standards.
