This document presents the SAR (Specific Absorption Rate) exclusion and total exposure ratio test report for the DELLFMFHP model, conducted by Element. The testing was performed to evaluate the RF exposure requirements as per FCC 1.1310, 2.1091, 2.1093 and RSS-102 standards. The SAR exclusion calculation formula from FCC KDB 447498 D01 section 4.3 was utilized, considering the maximum power of the channel, tune-up tolerance, and minimum test separation distance.

The results indicate that the device complies with SAR exclusion at a 5mm separation distance. No deviations were made from the requirements of the standard. The combined exposure from both radios is also assessed, demonstrating that the total exposure ratio (TER) is less than 100%.
