RF Exposure Evaluation Report - MPE-Based Exemption

RF Exposure

This document presents an RF exposure evaluation report, focusing on MPE-based exemption. The evaluation adheres to subpart 2.1091, ensuring that the device operates in a manner that does not expose the public to RF energy levels exceeding communication guidelines. The report also references KDB 447498 D04 Interim General RF Exposure Guidance V01.

The evaluation utilizes general frequency and separation-distance dependent MPE-based effective radiated power (ERP) thresholds, as outlined in Table B.1 [Table 1 of § 1.1307(b)(3)(i)(C)], to determine exemption from further evaluation for frequencies ranging from 300 kHz to 100 GHz. The report includes specific data for Bluetooth and BLE modes, detailing tune-up conducted power, antenna gain, ERP, evaluation distance, and ERP limit.

The results indicate compliance with FCC's RF exposure guidelines, provided the equipment is placed at least 20cm from nearby persons. The report concludes that the device is compliant with RF exposure requirements.
