This document presents an RF exposure evaluation report, focusing on MPE-Based Exemption. It assesses compliance with FCC guidelines, specifically subpart 15.247 (i) and subpart 2.1091, ensuring that devices operate in a manner that does not expose the public to excessive RF energy levels. The evaluation adheres to KDB 447498 D04 v01 Interim General RF Exposure Guidance.
The report leverages General frequency and separation-distance dependent MPE-based effective radiated power (ERP) thresholds, as outlined in Table B.1 [Table 1 of § 1.1307(b)(3)(i)(C)], to determine exemption from further evaluation for frequencies ranging from 300 kHz to 100 GHz. The minimum separation distance (R) is a critical parameter in this assessment.
The evaluation includes specific data for 2.4G Wi-Fi, detailing frequency, tune-up conducted power, antenna gain, ERP, and evaluation distance. The results indicate compliance with the FCC's RF exposure guidelines, provided the equipment is placed at least 20cm from nearby persons.
