This document is an FCC Agent Authorization Letter from LG Electronics, authorizing HCT CO., LTD. to act on their behalf in all matters relating to the application for equipment authorization. This includes signing all documents related to these matters, with any actions taken by HCT CO., LTD. having the same effect as actions taken by LG Electronics themselves.
The letter also certifies that LG Electronics is not subject to a denial of federal benefits, including FCC benefits, as per Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1988. They acknowledge their responsibility for the terms and conditions outlined in the HCT America Client Services Agreement.
LG Electronics declares that the information provided to the FCC is true and correct to the best of their knowledge, in accordance with 47 CFR 2.911(d), and that they have been informed of the grantee responsibilities as per 47 CFR 2.909 with regard to certified equipment. The authorization remains valid until further written notice from the applicant.
