This document is an Authority to Act as Agent letter from Aixin Green Energy (Zhejiang) Technology Co., Ltd. to American Certification Body, Inc. (ACB). It authorizes Intertek Testing Services (Shanghai FTZ) Co., Ltd. to act on Aixin Green Energy's behalf for applications to ACB until otherwise notified.
