This document presents an RF exposure evaluation conducted by Bay Area Compliance Laboratories Corp. to assess compliance with FCC regulations, specifically §15.247(i) and §1.1310, ensuring that the public is not exposed to excessive radio frequency energy levels. The evaluation adheres to KDB447498 D01 General RF Exposure Guidance v06.

The assessment utilizes the SAR test exclusion thresholds for 100 MHz to 6 GHz at test separation distances of ≤ 50 mm. The calculation considers the maximum power of the channel, including tune-up tolerance, and the minimum test separation distance, incorporating the RF channel transmit frequency in GHz. Power and distance values are rounded for accuracy, and the result is compared against established numeric thresholds.

The maximum conducted power, including tune-up tolerance, is reported as 3.0 dBm (2.0 mW). The calculation yields a value of 0.6, which is less than the threshold of 3.0. Consequently, the evaluation concludes that the device is compliant, and a stand-alone SAR evaluation is deemed unnecessary.
