This document is an attestation letter from LG Electronics Inc., submitted to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). The letter certifies that the equipment for which authorization is sought is not considered "covered" equipment, as defined by section 2.903 of the FCC rules. It further attests that LG Electronics is not identified on the Covered List, nor is it an affiliate or subsidiary of an entity on that list. The device in question does not contain cybersecurity or anti-virus software produced or provided by Kaspersky Lab, Inc., or its successors. LG Electronics USA also confirms its role as the agent for service of process for the referenced FCC ID, maintaining this role for at least one year after the termination of marketing and importation.
