RF Exposure Evaluation Report - MPE-Based Exemption Analysis

RF Exposure

This document presents an RF exposure evaluation report, focusing on MPE-based exemption criteria. The evaluation adheres to subpart 2.1091 of FCC regulations, ensuring that the public is not exposed to RF energy levels exceeding established communication guidelines. The assessment is also guided by KDB 447498 D04 Interim General RF Exposure Guidance.

The report leverages general frequency and separation-distance dependent MPL-based effective radiated power (ERP) thresholds, as defined in Table B.1 [Table 1 of § 1.1307(b)(3)(i)(C)], to determine exemption from further evaluation within the frequency range of 300 kHz to 100 GHz. The minimum separation distance (R) is calculated based on the frequency (f) in MHz.

The evaluation includes specific modes such as BT, BLE, 2.4G Wi-Fi, 5.2G Wi-Fi, and 5.8G Wi-Fi, detailing frequency, tune-up conducted power, antenna gain, ERP, evaluation distance, and ERP limit. The results indicate compliance with FCC's RF exposure guidelines, provided the equipment is placed at least 20cm from nearby persons.
