A Detailed System Check Results

This document presents Appendix A of the SGS-CSTC Standards Technical Services Co., Ltd. Shenzhen Branch system performance check report. It details the results of system checks conducted at various frequencies, including 835 MHz, 1750 MHz, 1900 MHz, 2450 MHz, and 2600 MHz. The checks were performed using dipole models D835V2, D1750V2, D1900V2, D2450V2, and D2600V2, with serial numbers 4d105, 1149, 5d028, 733, and 1125 respectively.

The report includes detailed configurations for each frequency, specifying the communication system, medium parameters, and DASY5 configuration. The DASY5 configuration includes information about the probe (EX3DV4 - SN3836), sensor-surface distance, electronics (DAE4 Sn760), and phantom (SAM5). The report also provides area scan and zoom scan measurements, including SAR (Specific Absorption Rate) values for 1g and 10g, as well as peak SAR values and SAR ratios. The results are presented with graphical representations of the SAR distribution.
