Furthermore, we confirm that each unit manufactured, imported, or marketed will bear a label identical to the one submitted for approval, adhering to the regulations set forth by the Federal Communications Commission.
It is understood and acknowledged that even when our authorized agent signs the application for certification, Ningbo Sharkward Electronics Co Ltd retains full responsibility for complying with all terms and conditions associated with the certification process.
