RF Exposure Evaluation Report for Wireless Device Compliance

RF Exposure

This document presents an RF Exposure Evaluation conducted by Bay Area Compliance Laboratories Corp. to determine compliance with applicable standards. The evaluation focuses on MPE-Based Exemption, adhering to subpart 2.1091 and KDB 447498 D04 Interim General RF Exposure Guidance V01. The goal is to ensure that the device operates in a manner that does not expose the public to excessive RF energy levels.

The evaluation utilizes general frequency and separation-distance dependent MPE-based effective radiated power (ERP) thresholds as outlined in Table B.1 [Table 1 of § 1.1307(b)(3)(i)(C)]. The report includes detailed results for various modes of operation, including Bluetooth, BLE, 2.4G Wi-Fi, 5.2G Wi-Fi, and 5.8G Wi-Fi. The tune-up conducted power and antenna gain, as declared by the applicant, are considered in the calculations. The report concludes that the device is compliant with FCC's RF exposure guidelines when placed at least 20cm from nearby persons.
