FCC Confidential Authorization Request for WAVEINTHEAIR

FCC Long and Short term Confidentiality Request

This document outlines a request for FCC Confidential Authorization submitted by Flybotix SA. The request pertains to the WAVEINTHEAIR device and seeks both long-term and short-term confidentiality for specific information submitted as part of the certification process. Citing Sections 0.457 and 0.459 of the Commission's Rules, Flybotix SA requests that certain materials be withheld from public disclosure.

The long-term confidentiality request covers documents such as the block diagram, schematics, operation description, and bill of materials (BOM). Additionally, a short-term confidentiality request, with a secrecy cycle of 180 days, is made for internal photos, the user's manual, external photos, and test setup photos. Flybotix SA asserts that these materials contain proprietary and confidential information not customarily released to the public, and their disclosure would provide unjustified benefits to competitors in the market.

The request is signed by Wassime BEN HAMMOU, Electronics & Industrialization Engineer, representing Flybotix SA.
