This includes the approval and certification of equipment to regulatory agencies, as well as discussing any issues related to the application. All actions carried out by Sulis Consultants Ltd. on Senceive's behalf will have the same effect as acts of their own.
Senceive Limited declares that they are not subject to denial of federal benefits, including FCC benefits, as per Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1988. Furthermore, no party involved in the application is subject to denial of federal benefits. Senceive also confirms that the information provided to the FCC is accurate and that they are aware of the grantee responsibilities as outlined in 47 CFR 2.909 and 47 CFR 2.911(d).
