RF Exposure Evaluation Report - Compliance Assessment

RF Exposure

This document presents an RF exposure evaluation conducted by Bay Area Compliance Laboratories Corp. to assess compliance with FCC regulations. The evaluation focuses on ensuring that the device's operation does not expose the public to radio frequency energy levels exceeding established limits, as outlined in FCC §15.247(i) and §95.3385.

The assessment follows the guidelines provided in 447498 D04 Interim General RF Exposure Guidance v01, specifically addressing the 1-mW Test Exemption. This exemption applies to RF devices with a maximum time-averaged power of no more than 1 mW, regardless of separation distance. The evaluation covers both Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and Radar transmissions.

The report details the conducted output power, including tune-up tolerance, for both BLE and Radar. The results demonstrate compliance with the 1-mW exemption limit. Simultaneous transmission of BLE and Radar is also considered, with the total transmit power remaining below the exemption threshold. The evaluation concludes that the device meets the RF exposure requirements, as per the specified FCC regulations and guidelines.
