RF Exposure Evaluation: 1-mW Test Exemption Analysis

The evaluation involves calculating the Equivalent Isotropically Radiated Power (EIRP) using the formula eirp = pt x gt = (EXd) 2/30, where pt represents the transmitter output power in watts, gt is the numeric gain of the transmitting antenna, E is the electric field strength, and d is the measurement distance in meters. The document provides the field strength as 86.93 dBμV/m at a distance of 3 meters, with an antenna gain of 3dBi. Based on these values, the EIRP is calculated as 86.93-95.2=-8.27dBm, which translates to 0.1489 mW. Since this value is less than 1 mW, the document concludes that SAR evaluation is not required.
