RF Exposure Evaluation Report for 2A8T7EDIAGPRO Device

RF exposure info

This document presents an RF Exposure Evaluation conducted in accordance with KDB 447498 D01 General RF Exposure Guidance v06 and part 2.1093. The evaluation determines whether a Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) test is required for the device, model number 2A8T7EDIAGPRO, based on established exclusion thresholds.

The evaluation focuses on frequencies between 100 MHz and 6 GHz, with test separation distances of ≤ 50 mm. The SAR test exclusion thresholds are calculated using a formula that considers the maximum power of the channel, including tune-up tolerance, the minimum distance, and the RF channel transmit frequency. The results are compared against established limits for 1-g and 10-g SAR.

The evaluation covers both Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and Basic Rate/Enhanced Data Rate (BR+EDR) modes. The document provides tables summarizing the conducted power, tune-up power, frequency, minimum distance, calculated thresholds, and limits for each mode. The results indicate that the calculated thresholds are below the limits, therefore, a SAR test is not required. The device meets general RF exposure requirements and can be used in portable exposure conditions without restriction.
