This document presents the calibration certificate for the EX3DV4 probe, serial number 3789. The calibration was performed on January 15, 2025, following the FF-Z11-004-02 calibration procedures for dosimetric E-field probes. The certificate details the traceability to national standards, ensuring the physical units of measurements are accurate and reliable. All calibrations were conducted in a controlled laboratory environment with a temperature of 22±3°C and humidity below 70%.
The certificate includes a comprehensive overview of the calibration equipment used, including primary and secondary standards, along with their respective calibration dates and certificate numbers. Key parameters such as sensitivity in free space (NORMx,y,z), conversion factors (ConvF), diode compression point (DCP), and modulation dependent linearization parameters are thoroughly assessed and documented. The frequency response of the E-field is also analyzed, and the uncertainty of the frequency response is provided.
Furthermore, the document presents the receiving pattern, dynamic range, and deviation from isotropy in liquid. The calibration parameters are determined in head tissue simulating media, and the uncertainty of spherical isotropy assessment is provided. Finally, other probe parameters, such as sensor arrangement, connector angle, and probe dimensions, are detailed.
