This document presents an RF Exposure Evaluation report, focusing on Maximum Permissible Exposure (MPE). The evaluation is conducted by Bay Area Compliance Laboratories Corp. (Shenzhen) and adheres to subpart 2.1091 regulations, ensuring that the public is not exposed to RF energy levels exceeding communication guidelines. The report also follows the guidelines outlined in KDB 447498 D04 Interim General RF Exposure Guidance.

The evaluation employs an MPE-Based Exemption approach, utilizing general frequency and separation-distance dependent MPE-based effective radiated power (ERP) thresholds as specified in Table B.1 [Table 1 of § 1.1307(b)(3)(i)(C)]. This exemption supports evaluation from 300 kHz through 100 GHz. The report details the RF source frequency, threshold ERP, tune-up conducted power, antenna gain, ERP, evaluation distance, and ERP limit for various Wi-Fi modes (5.2G, 5.3G, 5.6G, and 5.8G). The results indicate compliance, provided the equipment is placed at least 20cm from nearby persons, as per FCC guidelines.
