This document is a declaration letter from Shenzhen Etto Technology Co., Ltd. concerning the capabilities of their WIFI product regarding Channel 12 and Channel 13. The declaration addresses whether the product hardware has the capability to operate on these channels and outlines different scenarios.
One possibility is that the product hardware does not have the capability to operate on Channel 12 and 13. Alternatively, the hardware may have the capability, but these channels are disabled via software and are inaccessible to the user. Another scenario is that the hardware can operate on these channels, but the RF parameter cannot be changed via software, ensuring compliance with FCC Part 15.247.
If the product can operate on WiFi Channel 12 and 13, it meets the requirements of KDB 594280 D01 v02r01. The device operates by default in a mode compliant with U.S. requirements. It may also use geo-location data to determine if it is operating outside the U.S. and adjust its power accordingly, deriving this data from sources like GNSS sensors, Mobile Country Codes, or adjacent access points.
