This document is an authorization letter from Skullcandy Inc. to the Federal Communication Commission (FCC). It grants permission to SGS-CSTC Standards Technical Services Co., Ltd. (SGS) Shenzhen branch and Keny Xu to act on Skullcandy's behalf in all matters related to equipment authorization for the FCC ID Y22-S6AVW.
