This document presents an RF exposure evaluation based on MPE-Based Exemption, conducted by Bay Area Compliance Laboratories Corp. The evaluation adheres to subpart 2.1091 and KDB 447498 D04 Interim General RF Exposure Guidance, ensuring that the public is not exposed to RF energy levels exceeding communication guidelines.
The report focuses on general frequency and separation-distance dependent MPL-based effective radiated power (ERP) thresholds, as outlined in Table B.1 [Table 1 of § 1.1307(b)(3)(i)(C)]. This supports an exemption from further evaluation for frequencies ranging from 300 kHz to 100 GHz. The evaluation includes specific modes such as BT, BLE, 2.4G Wi-Fi, 5.2G Wi-Fi, and 5.8G Wi-Fi, detailing frequency, tune-up conducted power, antenna gain, ERP, evaluation distance, and ERP limit.
The results indicate compliance with FCC's RF exposure guidelines, provided the equipment is placed at least 20cm from nearby persons. The tune-up conducted power and antenna gain were declared by the applicant, with the note that BT, 2.4G Wi-Fi, and 5G Wi-Fi cannot transmit simultaneously.
