This document presents the RF Exposure Evaluation Report for the LiteRadio 4 Radio Transmitter, manufactured by Shenzhen Baida Moxing Co., Ltd. The evaluation ensures that the device complies with the radio frequency exposure limits set forth by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) under 47 CFR §1.1310, guided by KDB 447498 D01 General RF Exposure Guidance v06.
The report details the assessment of BLE, 2.4G WLAN, and 2.4G SRD radio components within the LiteRadio 4, LiteRadio 4 SE, and LiteRadio 4 models. Testing was conducted on April 15, 2025, at World Alliance Testing & Certification (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. The evaluation considered maximum conducted output power and antenna gain to determine SAR test exclusion thresholds.
Results indicate that the BLE and 2.4G WiFi components meet the exclusion limits, negating the need for standalone SAR testing. However, the 2.4G SRD component requires standalone SAR testing, as detailed in the accompanying SAR test report. The applicant has confirmed that the BLE, 2.4G WiFi, and 2.4G SRD radios do not operate simultaneously.
